Engaged Yet?
hosted by James Watson
Tuesday, April 19th @ 2pm EST
“Engagement” is a word that holds great meaning in the HIV sector, it drives programming, shapes research methodologies and is a key element in successful interventions. But how do we measure and achieve engagement and how can it be sustained over time? Does it lift you up or eventually always let you down? What’s the difference between engagement and participation?
Peer engagement roles are diverse, we talk about: peer researchers, peer navigators, peer support workers and peer evaluators. However, are we doing enough?
Let’s talk about all of this on the next “What’s Hot?”
"What's Hot with Peer Researchers?" is an online talk show about community-based research that has people living with HIV as the main protagonists.
The show will be held online using Instant Presenter. To ensure you’re able to participate, test your system’s compatibility. We encourage you to be an active participant, and you can learn how by watching this short video tutorial.
